Overview

Fastlane Technical Solutions LLC ("Tame My Domain", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information you provide directly:

• Account: Your email address and password (stored as a secure hash).
• Home information: Home type and any profile details you enter.
• Tasks: Task titles, categories, frequencies, notes, and completion history you create.
• Vehicle data: Vehicle year, make, model, mileage, and service records you log.
• Vault items: Warranty names, dates, and any files you choose to upload.
• Household members: Names, email addresses, and phone numbers you add.

We do not collect device identifiers or advertising identifiers. We do not store location data — your approximate location is used only in-session to fetch local weather and is never retained on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Tame My Domain app experience:

• Displaying your tasks, scores, and home maintenance schedule.
• Syncing your data across sessions and devices.
• Sending push notifications you have opted into (task reminders, warranty alerts).

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is yours.

Data Storage

Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database platform hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Supabase enforces row-level security, meaning your data is accessible only to your authenticated account. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Uploaded files (warranty documents, receipts) are stored in Supabase Storage with private access controls.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access: All data you've entered is visible within the app at all times.
• Deletion: Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our servers, including tasks, vehicle records, vault items, and household members. This action cannot be undone.
• Export: Contact us to request a copy of your data at any time.

Cookies & Analytics

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Supabase uses session tokens stored locally on your device to maintain your login state.

Third-Party Services

Tame My Domain uses the following third-party services to deliver core functionality:

• Supabase: Our backend database, authentication, and file storage provider. Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS in the United States. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.
• Stripe: Used to process subscription payments. When you start a free trial or paid subscription, your payment information is collected and stored directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. Stripe may collect your name, email address, billing address, and payment method. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
• OpenWeatherMap: Used to fetch local weather data for Smart Suggestions. Your approximate location (city-level, derived from your device's IP address or GPS if granted) is sent to OpenWeatherMap to retrieve weather conditions. OpenWeatherMap's privacy policy is available at openweathermap.org/privacy-policy. We do not store your location data beyond your app session.
• OneSignal: Used to deliver optional push notifications (task reminders, warranty alerts). OneSignal collects a device push token if you grant notification permission. No personal identifying information beyond your notification preferences is shared with OneSignal. Push notifications are opt-in and can be disabled at any time in app Settings. OneSignal's privacy policy is available at onesignal.com/privacy_policy.

We do not use advertising networks, social media SDKs, or analytics platforms.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Specific retention periods:

• Account data: Retained until you delete your account.
• Task completion history: Retained for 24 months to support streak and score calculations, then automatically purged.
• Uploaded files (vault documents): Retained until you delete the vault item or your account.
• Service history (vehicle logs): Retained for the life of the vehicle record in your account.

You may request early deletion of your data at any time by deleting your account within the app or by contacting us.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Tame My Domain includes household family features (task assignment, leaderboards, allowance tracking) that may be used by families with children. However, the App is designed for adults and parents/guardians to manage. Children under 13 should not create accounts directly.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 as primary account holders. If a child is tracked as a household member by a parent, only their name (as entered by the parent) is stored — no email, no device data, no independent account. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an independent account, we will delete it promptly.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know: You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell your personal information. There is nothing to opt out of regarding sale of data.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
